The intent of the development is to create a luxurious and private getaway for visitors to this island escape looking for a home away from home. The site is split into 2 sets of villas with 6 rooms and 3 rooms respectively. Each room is equipped with facilities such as kitchen, dining, entertainment room and a private pool.

The unassuming exterior leads into an exciting eclectic interior that pays homage to the local art scene where patrons can make purchase of the art pieces on display from the concierge.
