The Grand House of Screens is a reconstruction of an existing house with an additional attic floor and extensive facelift to modernize the aesthetics of the house. The entire development and internal layout planning is reprogrammed to cater to the new home owners needs and requirements. The new homeowners prioritizes a greater sense of privacy and screens have been designed to provide privacy and sun shading. Instead of introducing fixed screens, openable screens have been introduced to allow for flexibility for home owners to enjoy the views on the second floor overlooking the lifestyle pool and main entrance.
