SPACE PLANNING

With a clear understanding of the requirements set out in the design brief established earlier. The team will carefully plan the spaces that will cater to your requirements and needs. The flow, user journey, story telling and correlation of spaces will be strategically planned.

DESIGN CONCEPT

We use different mediums such as hand sketches, model making, 3D modelling and image renderings to develop the design concept for your space. This is often the more exciting part of the journey as you will be engaged with visual representations of the spaces.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

This process of developing the design further with detailed considerations is key to achieving a well thought out and resolved design. With our in house developed details and bespoke design details for every project, this is where our years of experience and design development shine.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We believe that the design does not end on paper. The translation from paper to realization is a crucial stage where the design intent has to be closely monitored to ensure the caliber of works. We believe in structured management and update of progress for our esteemed clients.

PROJECT COMPLETION

The standards at which the project is completed and delivered is important to us. Our team will do a preliminary walk through as well as a walk through with our clients to ensure works are in good order. We will also manage the minor outstanding works up to final completion for handover.
