Resort and Marina Colombo

Conceptual design for luxury marina housing clubhouse facilities, a shopping promenade and hotel suites. The design is inspired by wave-like movements that is fluid and interweaving.

Strategically locating activity nodes in the master plan to activate the elongated site was key to ensure a vibrant boardwalk. Planned to be an iconic establishment that is in full view of towering office buildings across the bank, a bold and exciting form was born.
